Once you connect your account to QuickBooks, let's make sure you're using the correct URL. That way, you'll be routed to the right login page.

 

If you already doublecheck your bank's URL and still getting the same results, I'd suggest connecting your account using a private window. 

 

There are times when too much-accumulated cache in the browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. This might be the reason why you're rerouted to other non-commercial login sites. 

 

Simply press the following shortcut keys to access this mode:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox ).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will delete temporarily stored files and free some space on your browser. Alternatively, you can use other supported, up-to-date browsers if the issue persists.

 

After successfully connecting your account, QuickBooks will automatically download your latest transactions. Once they're in, you'll need to review and categorize them to make sure they’ll go to the right accounts.
