Employees and payroll
We'll help you change your primary work location, Greg.
The steps shared by Joyce is for changing the work location of an employee. Changing the primary location is different, and we'll need help from our Support to get it done. But first, we can set up your new primary work location, so they can just select it when you contact them.
To add a new work location:
- Click the Gear icon and choose Payroll settings.
- Select Work Locations, then choose Add a Work Location.
- Add the new work location, then Save.

- Open this article: Support hours and types.
- Expand the Online Payroll section.
- Click Start a message on the product that you're subscribed to.
