- Select the Contact Us button or type your concern in the search box to get related articles.
- Choose the Get a callback button.
- Enter all needed information.
- Click Confirm my call.
I've attached a screenshot below for your reference.
Once done, one of our representatives will contact you through the phone number you've provided.
I want to make sure somebody from our support team will respond to your request. Kindly refer to this article for the different types of support we offer at Intuit and its availability: Support hours and types. It also contains important reminders about occasional downtime in the Footnotes section.
You can also share the details of your concerns with me here in the Community. I'll make sure to address them with the right resolution.
I'm also adding the link where you can find articles about QBO's common questions: Help articles.

Hi there, canaya477.
Welcome and thank you for posting here in QuickBooks Community. I'll share steps on how to update the credit card on your QuickBooks account. To start with, I suggest going to Account and settings. From there, you're able to see Billing Subscription so you can start updating your credit card details.
Here's how:
- Log in to the QuickBooks account as the master admin or company admin user.
- Go to the Gear ⚙ icon and select Account and Settings.
- From the left menu, choose Billing Subscription.
- Select Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
- Update your credit card info.
- Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
- Once done, hit Confirm card or Save.
For additional information, you can click this article: Change your credit card for payroll billing. This also provides details on how you can update CC info if you subscribed to your QBO account through an app store.
For additional assistance, you can follow the steps provided above so you're able to contact our QuickBooks Support Team. They can update your CC info for you.
Please refer to this article to see different guidelines on to get started with payroll tasks from paying employees to taking care of taxes: Get started with Payroll.
