Thanks for getting back to us here in the Community and the additional details (screenshot) you've provided above, @mainemusicmaker. This way, I can guide you on the actions you need to take care of the issue.

 

When you log in using the link from the notification, you should be able to access the Clients menu to view, download, and print your 1099s in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Since you're unable to do so, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can securely pull up your account, investigate the cause, and guide you with a fix.

 

You'll first have to check out our support hours to ensure we can assist you on time. Whenever you're ready, here's how:

  1. Go to the Assistant menu at the top.
  2. Type Talk to a human in the Type something... field (2 - 3 times).
  3. Select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat) or Get a callback.
