When you order through our sales website, we only provide the installation numbers without a disc. But don't worry, I can share some alternatives on how you can get an installation disc for QuickBooks Desktop.

You can place an order with a representative from our Sales Team and request for a disc to be shipped for you. To get our support, follow the steps below:

1. Open QuickBooks and click the Help menu.
2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. On the pop-up screen select Contact us.
   
4. Click the Search for Something else button then type your concern in the Ask us anything box.
5. Hit Search then scroll down to get your contact options.

There are also authorized retail stores, like Ebay or Costco, where you can purchase the Desktop package with a disc. You can visit the physical store or contact their customer service to ensure you're getting the correct or legit product.
