Before proceeding, could you provide some additional context about your purchase? Specifically, I'd appreciate sharing details about where you originally purchased the subscription and through which channels you've attempted to contact our live support team. These details will help us more effectively understand and address your specific situation.

 

Meanwhile, QBDT is exclusively available in the United States and Canada, with a significant update for U.S. customers. QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is now the only QBDT version available for purchase, a change implemented in October of the previous year. Moreover, support for any supported QuickBooks products is available without additional costs.

 

For QBDT products that have been discontinued (versions 2021 and below), access to essential services such as QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, Desktop Payments, live technical support, Online Backup, and Online Banking will no longer be available. This discontinuation also means that you will not receive critical security updates.
