@jn5300 A whole bunch of stuff actually happened at the same time as QBDT switching to an Intuit-specific internal browser. Chase and Capital One made some changes to the way they download. If you are on the correct release, I would begin by downloading the update from the Intuit website and reinstalling, then close QB, reboot, and reopen and install. See @SarahannC 's post above. Then DISCONNECT your Chase Bank feed and set it up using the Bank Chase Bank All New.
