@jn5300 A whole bunch of stuff actually happened at the same time as QBDT switching to an Intuit-specific internal browser.  Chase and Capital One made some changes to the way they download.  If you are on the correct release, I would begin by downloading the update from the Intuit website and reinstalling, then close QB, reboot, and reopen and install.  See @SarahannC 's post above.  Then DISCONNECT your Chase Bank feed and set it up using the Bank Chase Bank All New.  Then review this article about the bank changes:  https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/bank-connectivity/refresh-connection-....  Then you may need to call support.  To see if you are logged in to your Intuit account, look here:
