I can help walk you through the process of canceling your payroll subscription in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
- Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
- In the Payroll section, select Cancel.
- Click Continue to cancel.
- Complete the short survey, then click Confirm cancel.
Regarding the refund, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, you can request a refund for the payroll service. I'll guide you how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Click Contact Us at the bottom.
- Enter your concern, and then click Let's talk.
- Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.
