Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get ti fixed, @lol63.
We can try to zoom out the page by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and the minus (-) key repeatedly. You can move the wheel of your mouse downward while holding the Ctrl key.
QuickBooks also requires these settings to ensure that all pages are displayed properly:
- Screen resolution set to 1024x768 or higher
- Dots-per-inch (DPI) set to Normal or 100%
I've listed the steps below in checking these settings on your device.
For Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox:
1. Hold down the Ctrl and the plus (+) key to zoom in and make the page larger.
2. If you have a wheel on your mouse, hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel forward or back.
For Google Chrome:
1. Go to the menu icon (looks like a three-dotted line) on the upper right of the screen.
2. Locate the Zoom option.
3. Choose the plus (+) icon to zoom in and make the page larger. It should be set to 100% or lower to display the full page.
For more details, see this article: Unable to see the entire page in QuickBooks Online.
If the issue persists, let's access your QuickBooks account through a private browsing window to check if it's is a browser-related issue. This mode doesn't save site data and cache files. You can press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome, Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox, and ⌘ + Shift + N for Safari web browser.
If the page looks good, we'll have to go back to your normal browser and perform a clear cache to clean up your system and enhance your browsing experience. We also use other supported browsers to isolate the issue.
I'm also adding this article to further guide you in managing the growth of your business using QuickBooks. It includes topics about account management, banking, and expenses, to name a few. You can click the + More topics button to view other selections.
