Taxes
Hi there, @joseyf.
When migrating from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO), preparing the 10-digit EFTPS PIN isn't needed. After migrating to QBO, you can file automatically and electronically or handle it yourself. For a complete guide, we recommend checking this article: Set up QuickBooks Online Payroll to pay and file your payroll taxes and forms.
If you wish to secure a copy of your EFTPS PIN, log in to the EFTPS website and request a new PIN. For more details, please see this page: Update your EFTPS internet password for QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.
On the other hand, we prepared this article about what to expect when migrating from QBDT to QBO: Learn about switching from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
Should you need further assistance with your EFTPS PIN or when migrating to the online version of QuickBooks, feel free to comment below so we can get back to you. Have a good one.
