You will be automatically charged on a monthly basis at the then-current monthly fee until you cancel your subscription. If you want to switch from a monthly to a non-monthly plan or vice-versa, you can do so only once during a consecutive 12 month period. This version of QBO is most appropriate for single users to manage all of their income and expenses in a single tool. QuickBooks Simple Start helps you to track income and expenses, send custom invoices and quotes, track VATand connect bank and credit card accounts.  You can invite your accountant and give employees specific access to features for seamless collaboration.
