  • Captioning and transcripts: We provide captions and transcripts for videos and audio for users who rely on visually-presented information.
  • Customisable text size: Anyone can adjust text size and font in our web applications to improve readability.
  • Readability: Our content design guidelines focus on readability with clear, concise, and accurate information.   
  • Error ID and recovery: We make our forms and interactions clear and help you fix errors, so you can get back to work quickly.
  • User testing and evaluation: We track and test the functionality of websites and products. This includes automated testing, manual reviews, and customer feedback.
