Renew your bank feed connection in QuickBooks

If you connect your bank to QuickBooks Online using Open Banking, you’ll need to renew your consent every 365 days. This is a requirement of the Open Banking standard.

You can also view a history of Your past and duplicate consents at any time.

Renew your bank connection

  1. Follow this link to complete the steps in product Open this link in a new window
  2. Select the ▼ dropdown arrow next to Link account.
  3. Select Manage connections.
  4. Next to the bank that you need to renew consent for, select the More icon.
  5. Select Manage consent.
  6. When you're ready, select Renew. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Your bank feed is now reconnected to QuickBooks.


View past consents

To see a history of all your past consents, follow these steps:

  1. Follow this link to complete the steps in product Open this link in a new window
  2. Select the ▼ dropdown arrow next to Link account.
  3. Select Manage connections.
  4. Select Your past and duplicate consents.

Unlink consent

To unlink consent:

  1. Follow this link to complete the steps in product Open this link in a new window
  2. Select the ▼ dropdown arrow next to Link account.
  3. Select Manage connections.
  4. Find the bank you want to withdraw consent for, then select the More ⋮ icon.
  5. Select Manage consent.
  6. Select Unlink, then Unlink now to confirm.
  7. Select OK.
