Upgrade QuickBooks Desktop Payroll

Learn how to upgrade your QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.
If you'd like to remain on QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Basic, Standard, or Enhanced, we'll show you how. Just do the following by May 31, 2024.
- Purchase a supported version of QuickBooks Software.
- Install the software and register it to your account using the same company info as your payroll service.
- Run your payroll in your new version of QuickBooks software.
If you'd like to remain on QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Assisted and continue to have Intuit file payroll tax returns on your behalf, just do the following by May 31, 2024.
- Purchase a supported version of QuickBooks Software.
- Install the software and register it to your account.
- Send a $0 payroll.
