Learn how to resolve paychecks or checks that are printed in the wrong order in QuickBooks Desktop.

Got a check or paycheck that was printed in the wrong order? Don't worry, it can be fixed in a few steps.

  1. Go to File, then select Printer setup.
  2. In the Form Name ▼ dropdown, select Check/Paycheck.
  3. Select Options.
  4. In the Page order ▼ dropdown, select either Front to back or Back to front.

Note: Page order location may vary per printer. Check your printer’s manual or contact the manufacturer if you need help.

  1. Select OK twice.

The next time you print checks or paychecks, they should be in the correct order.
