Thanks for your interest in QuickBooks Desktop from across the globe! It's awesome to hear that you have a business based out of China with an office in India, and I'm happy to go over the options with you.
There are currently three regional versions of QuickBooks Desktop: Canada, US, and UK. While you are welcome to try using one of those for your business, it's important to note that features such as tax tracking and payroll are configured to meet the needs of those specific countries. This means, if you were to use one of QuickBooks Desktop versions that you would have to manually set up and potentially manually track to some extent those sorts of things.
Something you can consider as another option is QuickBooks Online. The Online platform is geared to work with a number of different regions and we even had a Choose Your Country page to make sure you've got the right QuickBooks Online version for your needs.
