Since the basic troubleshooting didn't work, I'd suggest you contact our Customer Care team. They'll be able to do a screen-sharing session and see what's going on on your end when moving company data.

Here are the steps:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Desktop, and click Help located at the top.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Enter a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
- You can choose Message an Agent or Get a callback.
