You mentioned that you can't access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. If you are the business owner, you'll need to invite your employees through QuickBooks Online Payroll to see and print their own pay stubs and W-2s online. Your employees can use their personal email where you can add them in their profile.
To access your QuickBooks account, let's double-check that the password you typed is accurate. Then, using your credentials, try logging in to your account. The private mode disables the cache from being retained while the website is up and running, which may cause issues. Here's a list of shortcut keys that you can use to get to one:
- Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox
- Command + Shift + N for Safari
If this works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache to refresh the background process of your browser settings. But, if the same thing happens, use another supported browser. Once you have access to your QBO account, please invite your employees again. Your employee will receive an email with a link to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce. Once an employee accepts the invitation in the email, they’ll be able to create their own Intuit account to allow them to manage their user ID, personal settings, and security info.
