I've been on hold for over an hour trying to reach a supervisor. They seem to be very difficult to get a hold of at Intuit.

Any specific concern?

Yes. My QBO database got corrupted and as a result no banks will re-establish connections on my account. Intuit is telling me it's going to cost $500+ for them to fix it. I don't know which universe Intuit's product team lives in, but in the one the rest of us do, when you run SaaS, and something breaks on the server end, you are expected to fix it for the customer at no additional expense.

I suppose placing customers on an infinite telephone hold until they give up is one way to ensure maximized profits.

How did you contact that Intuit person? Dial a certain phone number?

I only use the web app. https://qbo.intuit.com

I do not use the desktop app.

I requested a callback from the web app. I did not dial a number directly.

Can you download *.csv file from your bank?

Try opening your QBO on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, you can use csv2qbo converter tool $60 one time license as a workaround.
