We'll be able to take action on improving our customer service. We normally send out the registration details through email. With that said, you can check your inbox for the validation code. Alternatively, check out your CAMPS profile by following the steps below: 

  1. Go to https://camps.intuit.com/.
  2. Choose your version under the Products & Services section.
  3. Click Details, then look for the validation code. 

 

Once you have the validation code, you can already activate QuickBooks Desktop for Windows. You can also get the validation code through our phone agents. They'll securely pull up your product registration details and generate a code for you. You may send a message via chat, call us at a time convenient to you, or we’ll get in touch with you instead. To ensure we address your concern, our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays, PST.   1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help
  3. Click the Contact us link.
  4. On the new page, select a topic (such as activate or install QuickBooks). 
  5. Scroll down and click the Have us call you button.
