Learn how to activate QuickBooks Desktop after you install it.

After you install, QuickBooks will prompt you to activate. You can also activate it manually with these steps.

To activate QuickBooks:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. From Help, select Activate QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Follow the steps on the screen to verify your info.
