I'll be there to help you get through it, @Trenton62408.
I appreciate you for providing the error message you've encountered. I've here comprehensive instructions on how to resolve the subscription error message and your password. This way, you can get back to your business as quickly as possible.
First, I advise you to reset your password. You can follow the steps described by my coworkers GraceC or Maryland on this thread.
Once you've successfully logged in, you can now update your billing information in your Customer Account Management (CAMPs) portal. Thus, the subscription lapses message will be fixed quickly. After that, you can now get back where you left off.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your CAMPS as an admin user.
- Pick QuickBooks Desktop.
- On the Product & Services page, click Details perpendicular to your QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020.
- Tap Edit in the Payment Method section and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Choose Save and close.
6. Open QuickBooks again, then go to the Help menu and select Manage My License.
7. Choose Sync License Data Online.
If you still see the subscription error, try solutions two and three in this article: Fix subscription has lapsed error in QuickBooks Desktop.
Feel easy to visit these articles below on how to handle your subscriptions, services, and some things you can do in CAMPs.
- Change, manage, or update your Intuit account with CAMPs

I look forward to working with you again to answer any subscription questions or other QuickBooks-related concerns. I hope you remain safe and healthy in this unprecedented period.
