If I need support in English, should I go to the English QuickBooks site, even though our MailSoar account is in France?

If you are using QBO France version, you should ask questions here.

I will continue to try, but so far the language barrier has caused difficulties.

QuickBooks France is very different from the other QuickBooks products, therefor, the articles that you will find in the other communities can show different situations, and are not adapted to the French product.

Instead, you can ask your questions here, by post, or contact our customer services, by chat or phone, in the number : 08 05 54 26 19, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m..

All of our agents will be able to explain whatever you need in English.
