I too am using QB Self-Employed and want to add my accountant - but don't see that option. Have also tried the steps in other posts (clear cache etc) and different browsers.
Please help.

The option to add an accountant is available for US versions of QuickBooks Self-Employed. With this post of yours, I'll personally send this feedback to our engineers that you like this option to be added.
