There is no option to add a user. I've followed all of the steps?

We'll get this new user access your account, helen7. 

 

For QuickBooks Online, here's how to add a user. Please note you can only do this using a web browser. 

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage Users.
  3. Click on Add user. 

 

For QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can only add an accountant. Here's how:

  1. From the Gear menu, select Accountant.
  2. In the Invite your accountant field, enter the accountant's email address.
  3. Click Send invite. Note: This will display a confirmation: Your accountant was invited.
  4. Click Done.

There is no option to add a user. I've followed all of the steps?

I too am using QB Self-Employed and want to add my accountant - but don't see that option. Have also tried the steps in other posts (clear cache etc) and different browsers.

Please help.

The option to add  an accountant is available for US versions of QuickBooks Self-Employed. With this post of yours, I'll personally send this feedback to our engineers  that you like this option to be added.
