Is anyone else receiving a warning/dialogue box around change of ownership or control of the keypad app when they try to access employee section?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

We are aware of the situation and our team is currently investigating the root cause of the issue. However, internal testing has shown that accepting the ownership switch does not affect payroll data in any way, so it is safe to click on Switch Admin.

 

However, if you have further concerns, feel free to contact our Customer Success team from within the product:

  1. Click on Help on the top-right corner of QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Describe your issue briefly, then select Let's talk.
  4. Select Chat or Get a callback.
