I have an account for 1 company for which I use my work email. I was sent a user invite for a 2nd company using my personal email. I accepted the invite & was then sent to a login screen asking for a password. Since I did not receive a create an account screen, I did not have the opportunity to create a password. I even tried logging in with my work email & password but no luck. I eventually received a message that there was a problem on the QB side & they were working on it.
How do I resolve this?

Hi there, chrisbarbato.
Thanks for bringing your question to the Community. I want to make sure you're able to log in as an accountant user in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
It sounds like you're on the right track and have completed all of the necessary steps. Once you accepted the invitation, you should have been sent a link to access the account since you already have QBO. The following article provides even more info about managing accountant users in QuickBooks Online. Additionally, this link offers details about how to recover your Intuit account if you can’t sign in.
Since you received the message stating there was a problem on QuickBooks' side, I recommend reaching out to a member of the QBO Support Team. Agents have specialized tools to take a closer look to determine what's causing the issue with the accountant user invite. Here's how to get in touch with the team:
1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. In the Search tab, select Contact Us.
3. Enter your question and select Continue.
Please don't hesitate to reach back out here if you have any other questions. Take care!
