No there is no error message other than it is pending. We have had a support call in with QB for a number of weeks but we are not getting anywhere. No one is keeping us updated. Commonwealth bank signed off the required forms on 2 Sept. We should have access by now. I would like to talk with someone higher up as this should not be happening.
