Bank feeds are not updating

For us to better assist you, could you please verify the specific bank account name that was not updated in QuickBooks Online?


Also, as a start, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the bank feed issue you've encountered. Here's how:


  1. Click on the Banking tab.
  2. Click on the bank account affected, and click on the pencil icon.
  3. Click on Edit sign-in info.
  4. Manually enter your user id and password for your bank account.
  5. Click on Save and connect.

Check if the bank feed updates this time. If the issue persists, open a new tab and log in to your bank's website to check if your login credentials work.


If your bank account is connected via direct feeds, click on the Update or Refresh button on the Banking page. Bank feeds are not updating

Thanks Quickbooks but I'm off to check out your competitors.

It seems you now only link to banks that support fossil fuel investment.


Updating with monthly .csv files and not being able link receipts on the fly makes your product much less appealing.
