Are users still having bank connectivity issues? I have tried all of the suggested fixes and I'm still unable to connect to my bank. Any help would be appreciated!!!! Not the kind of issue I want to have leading into EOFY.

I understand how important to be able to connect your bank account and download new transactions in QuickBooks Online. Let's enter your bank's sing-in information to update the connection. Here's how:
Then, let's check if the bank account connected and downloaded new bank feeds.
If the issue persists, let's use a new incognito window or other supported browser and use the steps above.
As a work around, you can manually upload your bank transactions using CSV file.
If the problem remains, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, our care agents can check your account in a secure form and escalate a ticket to our banking engineers to check the account connection.
