Syncing your bank transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO) are essential to ensure that your financial records are up-to-date, Ann. Let me share some guidance to assist you in getting your business focus back on course.
Since your client recently made some updates to the Bendigo App. Let's disconnect the bank account and then reconnect it to the platform. This way, new transactions will sync effortlessly. Before doing so, ensure that the old transactions have been categorized.
To disconnect the bank account, see the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Transactions menu on the left panel, then select Bank Transactions.
2. Choose the tile of the bank account.
3. Select the pencil icon, then click Edit account info.
4. Tick the Disconnect this account on save box. Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
5. Click Save and Close.
Otherwise, if the transactions still aren't syncing, you can manually refresh the bank feed to download new transactions.
Here's how:
1. Go the Transactions on the left panel.
2. Select Bank transactions.
3. Click Refresh.
