Hello there, hairongeorges.
Let me share details on how QuickBooks Online (QBO) handles your account's data. This way, you'll be able to determine when you can reset your account information and keep it up to date.
In QuickBooks, you have the option to delete your company files and start over. This process is called purging. However, this is only applicable for accounts that are active within 90 days of signup.
Since your account has been active for a year now, you can no longer delete your company data. In case you still want to start over, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support team. They can securely check your account and provide options on how to reset your company file.
Moreover, if you wish to monitor the growth of your business and it's transactions, you can pull up any report that's available for your QBO version. To check what's accessible based on your current subscription, kindly refer to this article: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.
Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.
You have to open a new QBO account. Make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 3 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.
