Hi Madelyn
Thank you for your reply.
I double-checked my card information and now I can confirm the card is successfully connect as a payment method.
I also now want to connect my wise business account in the bank feed. But when I try to do that, there's a pop up saying "To enable connections to banks with different currencies, you will need to upgrade to QuickBooks Online Essentials or Plus."
Do I have to upgrade even tho I just want to track AUD?
Hi deandamon12,
Thanks for getting back to us about your Wise concern. Currently, the supported Wise Bank account is Wise Business and Wise Business Euro. The prompt you have received is due to your current subscription does not support the Multicurrency feature. You'll have to upgrade to the Essentials, Plus, or Advanced plan to be able to use multicurrency and connect your Wise bank.
To upgrade your subscription:
To learn more about multicurrency feature, you can check this link: Set up and use Multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.
