In the meantime, you can try to connect your bank on an incognito window or by using a different web browser. Also, ensure that you're using the correct login credentials when connecting your bank account.
If a bank account is already connected in QuickBooks Online however the transactions are not downloaded, we can do manual update to refresh the connection and get the latest transaction.
Here's how:
- Go to the Transactions tab and select Banking.
- Select the bank account and click Update.
