For Macquarie Bank customers, an account number starting with 00 isn't eligible for Direct Feeds with QuickBooks Online (QBO), even with a 9-digit account number. The supported types for Direct Feeds and QBO are Cash Management accounts starting with 1 or 9 and Business/Trust accounts beginning with 2 or 3.
