Citibank changed to MyCard so how do I link my bank feed

I have a Citibank credit card that I use occasionally for my business but Citibank has now been acquired by NAB and changed the platform used to access bank statements. I can't find how to create the link with QBO so that the bank feed it automatically uploaded. I'm needing information on if this can be achieved

Citibank changed to MyCard so how do I link my bank feed

Hello! @JenWent. Dealing with a bank conversion from Citibank to NAB's MyCard platform and losing your QuickBooks Online feed can definitely disrupt your workflow.

Since the platform used to access statements has change it is not advisable to disconnect and then try to reconnect the feed. Doing so could potentially complicate your account records later when the new MyCard connection is finally ready.

To handle this change with the greatest care and precision, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Support team immediately.

Here's how:

 Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Help icon (?) located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
  2. Choose the Search tab within the Help window.
  3. Click "Contact Us "at the bottom of the window.
  4. Provide a summary of your issue in the description box.
  5. Continue, once done.
  6. Now, select your preferred connection method.
  7. Start a chat to connect with a live agent immediately.
  8. Alternatively, choose Have us call you back if you prefer phone support. This option eliminates the need to type and validate a phone number on the chat screen.

Also, you can check their support hours to reach them conveniently.

Feel free to get back here in the Community space if you have any additional QuickBooks related concerns.
