costume field in statement

hello 

i have made a costume field for purchase order numbers in invoices and now i want to create a statement and i want to show po for each invoice in the line .

 

also i want change were the header is located and put the logo at the left side 

can you help me where can i put it?

Hi mooresac,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! At the moment, we don't have an option to customise the statement template. Let me share with you a workaround on how you can add PO number on your invoice so it'll show on your statement.

 

  1. Create or open an invoice.
  2. Enter PO number on Message on statement text box.
  3. Select Save.

 

The added PO number will show on the Description column of your statement. You can follow these steps if you would like to change the placement of your logo on your transactions in QuickBooks Online. 

 

  1. Go to Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Select Edit on the Standard template.
  3. On Design tab, click on Make logo edits.
  4. Select Placement of your logo.
  5. Select Done to save.
