Does anyone experience delays beyond 10 business days to authorise bank feed for CBA?

I sent the bank feed authorisation form to SISS on Sunday 5th October. The bank feed is still pending authorisation even after 10 business days. Where it might be stuck in the process? Is this with SISS or with the bank to approve?
