I checked my resources and found no similar issues reported from other users. There might be a bank rule setup in your QuickBooks that’s why the transactions are importing incorrectly. You can check this by following the steps below:
Select Banking from the left panel.
Go to the Rules tab.
If there is a rule showing, you can click Edit and select Delete.
