I'll help ensure linking your bank account is easy and convenient in QuickBooks Online (QBO), nddiston.
If it's your first time integrating your online banking account to QBO, the Connect an Account section will reflect under the banking page and will require you to enter your bank's details to connect.
However, if you've already linked your bank in QuickBooks, connected online banking accounts will all reflect when accessing your banking page. With this, I suggest reviewing all the connected banks in your account.

However, if the issue persists, I recommend accessing your QBO in a private browser to ensure the program runs without storing cache files. You may use these keyboard shortcuts:
- For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N
Once everything's ready, you can start categorizing and reconciling your accounts to make sure they always match your bank and credit card statements.
