Has anyone had a problem with their bank fees not recognizing 29th february if so how do you correct

Hi biggerawaters,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

If you bank account is connected through standard feeds connection, let's manually refresh the account to update the connection. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Transactions tab, select Bank transactions.
  2. Locate and click the  bank account and click on the Edit icon or the pencil icon.
  3. Click on Edit sign in info.
  4. Manually enter your bank's log in details.
  5. Click on Save and connect.

Then, check your For review tab to see if new transactions have downloaded.

 

If the February transactions is still missing, I recommend manually entering them using invoices or expense transaction or use a CSV file upload.
