Are you getting any error messages on your banking page of QuickBooks Online? If so, let's try to perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the situation. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Banking or Transactions page.
  2. Click on the bank account you're having issues with the bank feeds.
  3. Click on the Update button.

 

If the transactions did not update, continue to edit sign in info on your bank account if the connection is under Standard feeds. Here's how:

 

  1. Under the Banking or Transactions page.
  2. Click on the bank account in question.
  3. Click on the pencil icon.
  4. Click on Edit sign in info.
  5. Enter your banks log in details.
  6. Click on Update.

Then, check if the bank feeds is updated. If the issue remains, you can manually upload the missing bank feeds using CSV file format. We'd also recommend contacting our live Customer Support team for them to check your bank account connection.
