Hi everyone I am new here and I have created payment option, but it doesn't give me bank transfer option.

Thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online ( QBO) to manage your business transactions, liaqat. I'm glad to know you successfully set up a payment option.

Allow me to share some insights about adding bank transfers as a payment option.

At this time, Connect to PayPal is the only payment processing option offered in QBO Australia. It's the reason why the bank transfer feature isn't showing.

If you've set up this app, your customers can pay for their invoices with a debit or credit card processed by PayPal. They can also pay with their PayPal Wallet.

Follow these steps to use this feature:

  1. Go to the Apps menu.
  2. Search for the Accept Card Payments with PayPal app, then select Get app now.

  3. Follow the on-screen process to grant permission for PayPal to connect to QuickBooks. After that, you'll be prompted to return to QBO.
  4. Select the Chart of Account name you would like payments to be collected, then hit Next.
  5. Choose the Chart of Account name that you would like PayPal fees to be categorised to, then tap Done.

After that, follow the Part 2 section of this article to enable PayPal to sync your transactions into QBO: Set up the Accept Card Payments with PayPal app in QuickBooks Online.

If you want to use other ways to accept bank transfers, I recommend utilizing a third-party app that allows you to receive customer payments.

Finally, you can browse this article that answers everything about accepting PayPal payments in your QBO: Accept Card Payments with PayPal app FAQ.

After following the steps, you can accept the payments for your invoices. Also, the thread is always open if you have further questions about payment transactions or other QuickBooks-related concerns. Keep safe, liaqat.
