I have an error on the bank feeds authorisation form but cannot reset it to correct the error

How can i reset the bank feeds authorisation form

Hi jam10,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! If the details on the authorisation form you've submitted is incorrect, you can disconnect it to cancel your application. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Banking tab.
  2. Select the tile for the bank account that is pending authorisation.
  3. Select the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
  4. In the Account window, select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
  5. Select Save and Close.
  6. The bank account will disappear from the Banking screen. 

 

Once done, you can resubmit a new authorisation form to connect your bank account. For more detailed information, you can check on this article: Disconnect and reconnect your Direct Feed bank account.
