QuickBooks Online (QBO) depends on the data shared by your financial institution. Here are the possible factors why you're having no bank feeds for two weeks:
First, let's manually update your bank account to help resolve this.
If the update doesn't work, I recommend logging into their website to check if there are messages that need your attention. When everything looks good, perform another manual update.
If you make changes to their website, you can update your bank info in QBO. For the detailed instructions, see Steps 1 - 2 through this article: Online Banking Troubleshooting Guide.
Once downloaded, I'd suggest categorising your bank transactions in the For Review tab to ensure they're correct. If there are existing entries, click Match to avoid duplicates.
