How do you set up a memorized transaction that does not occur regularly.

In this case where a transaction does not occur regularly, I would suggest utilising the "Copy" function in QuickBooks Online. To make a copy of any invoice previously created:

Follow these steps below:

1. Click Sales in the left hand menu
2. Select Invoices
3. Click on the Invoice you wish to Copy
4. Click More at the bottom of the page and then Select Copy
