I can help you can recover a deleted bank account in QuickBooks Online.
Once a bank account is deleted, this will become inactive in your Chart of Account. As an initial step to restore this, you'll need to make it active again. I'd be happy to show you the steps below:
Since QuickBooks can only restore 60 days old transactions after you activated a deleted account, you'll want to go back and review your transactions from your bank register.

For transactions that are beyond 60 days, you'll have to download from your bank's website and manually upload them in QBO.

After downloading your transactions, here's how you can upload them:
This way, you'll be able to restore and review your banking transactions. Just go to the For Review tab in the Banking Page. And then manually add or match your transactions.
