I used to get bank feeds from CBA and now it has stopped. do i need to resubmit a new bank feed form? if so, please advise how to navigate to get a new form?

We currently have an open investigation about the CBA standard feed not downloading transactions. 

 

While our engineers are working on a permanent fix, you can follow the steps below as a temporary workaround. This helps restore your account connection, so your transactions will be downloaded.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Enter the bank website and press the View accounts button.
  2. Press the Gear icon that appears on the right side of the page.
  3. Un-check the My Spend tools option. The gear icon will become Page preferences button.
  4. Refresh your account.

If there isn’t a gear icon in the View state page, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Click on the arrow button (Select account) and press on the first account in the list.
  2. When you see a Gear icon on the right side of the page, click on it.
  3. Un-check the My Spend tools option, so the gear icon will become Page preferences button.
  4. Refresh your account.

If you're still unable to get updates on the new transactions, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can add your company details to the list of impacted users.

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Call us.

For the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, and select Talk to a human.
  2. Choose Talk to a human again. 
  3. Proceed with I still need a human.
  4. Click the Contact us link.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a call.
