We recognize the need to let all QuickBooks Online users customize their Dashboard view. At the moment, we cannot change the Shortcut widgets. Our engineers have not released an update on when this feature will be available in the program.
Before our developers' release product updates, they usually go through a wide range of feedback. The goal is to navigate a path forward with accessibility leading. They wanted to provide thorough and purposeful enhancement releases to make our program efficient to use.
Please know that our engineers are working hard toward this goal, but we can't provide the turnaround time since they work on this internally. If there are new updates for QBO, they will be communicated through in-product ads.
