Is there a way to change the layout of the columns on the catergorised banking pages? Would like to see separate debit and credit and remove the Rule column.

Appreciate your prompt response, sam-marschallacc. 

 

You can't separate the debits and credits on the Categorised tab. On the other hand, you can go to Chart of Accounts and select Account history on a bank account to view the amounts showing on the payment and deposit column. 

 

I recommend adding this as feedback so the Product Team can consider having the option to include debits and credits column on the Categorised tab in future versions of QuickBooks Online.

Hi sam-marschallacc, 

 

Let me show you how to uncheck an option on Banking page to separate the debit and credit amounts. 

 

  1. Go to Transactions tab and select Banking. 
  2. Select the Gear icon.
  3. Uncheck Show amounts in 1 column.

 

As of the moment, we don't have an option to remove Rule column on the Banking page. You can send your feedback by going to Gear icon and select Feedback if you find this feature essential in QuickBooks Online.
